Born in The Woodlands, Laura Everson has enjoyed watching her home town's residential real estate grow and prosper over the years.

Laura is a high achiever and expert professional realtor who possesses a passion for architecture and an intimate property-by property knowledge of the local areas, (living in The Woodlands for several decades has allowed her a valuable insight to the local real estate market), she understands the industry and is always positioned to stay ahead of the game. Her knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills, and expertise in the details and subtleties that define top dollar negotiations ensures a critical position ahead of the competition.

She is extremely detail-oriented and enthusiastic about every real estate transaction she undertakes - whether it is with the "seasoned" home buyer/seller or a first-time home buyer/seller - Listening is the most critical part of her business and she makes sure that open communication is the norm rather than the exception. No matter how large or small, all her real estate transactions and clients are her top priority.

Laura started in the residential real estate business in 2000, working for various top producing realtors and real estate companies. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Minor in Marketing. She acquired her real estate license in 2005 and joined Prudential Gary Greene Realtors at Portofino. In her first year of real estate, Laura earned the title of "Rookie of the Year" for her real estate success. She has consistently been a top producing real estate agent ever since. She is a Multi-Million Dollar Residential Real Estate Producer. * Leading Edge Society Award, 2008.

As a Top Producer, Laura prides herself on the unparalleled real estate service she provides. From the most experienced homebuyers to first-time buyers and investors to relocation clients, her goal is to implement the "No Less Than the Best" attitude in all facets of the buying and selling of real estate.
